Your order is submitted by adding items to your Shopping Bag and proceeding through checkout. You will create an account or log in to complete your purchase. After submitting your order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we are not obligated to accept. The contract for your order is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Email confirming shipment.
Price and Payment
Prices are confirmed in the Dispatch Email and include all applicable taxes. Delivery costs are added to your total at checkout. Payment is required in full before dispatch via accepted credit cards or other designated methods. You authorize us to validate your payment information.
Delivery, Title, and Risk
We aim to deliver within the timeframe provided but cannot guarantee an exact date. Title and risk for the Products pass to you upon delivery.
Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect your order upon receipt. If Products are damaged or defective (not due to your use), contact us to arrange a return at no cost. We will repair, replace, or provide a refund for such items. Legal guarantees apply as per consumer protection laws.
